Holland and the rest of the Spider-Man cast are making their rounds to promote the recently released film. During one interview, Holland was asked where he’d like to see the next installment head.

“There is a Spider-Man comic where he’s fighting Doc Ock in a private plane and he falls out of the plane into a jungle and then there’s dinosaurs in the jungle and stuff. That’s what James Cameron’s Spider-Man was going to be about. He wrote a Spider-Man script and it was about Spider-Man fighting dinosaurs I think. It’d be like Jurassic Park: Spider-Man Awakening or something like that.”

For a bit of background info, James Cameron (Terminator, Avatar) was slated to direct a Spider-Man movie in the ’90s. While the movie never came to light, Holland believes it had something to do with dinosaurs.

Honestly, we’d be pretty curious to see a Jurassic Park/Spider-Man crossover film.

More on Tom Holland

The Spider-Man star recently revealed how he prepared for his role, which included going under-cover at a high school.

Holland discussed how his character is an American teen who is headed international in this film, and how he prepared for that.

“I actually went to a New York City school sort of undercover as a research experiment for the film, and when I came out he said “What was it like?” and I said “Firstly, I’m thick as shit and I had no idea what they were talking about [laughs] and, secondly, it is so unbelievably diverse, especially in Queens and Brooklyn and the Bronx and stuff, and I think he did a really good job of making the environment authentic throughout the first film and this one,” Holland said.
