Starbucks rings in the new year with Black & White drink collection

Starbucks never disappoint when it comes to their annual holiday-themed drinks, and New Year’s is certainly no exception.

The coffee giant unleashed their Black & White Mocha Collection today, and it’s definitely on-point for the upcoming festivities.

The Black & White Collection is simply a twist on some of Starbucks’ existing offerings. However, instead of one type of chocolate, the brand revamps them as a blend of white and dark chocolate.

The brand announced the return of their Black And White Mocha on social media.

The Starbucks’ menu expands on the drink, describing it as “Espresso and steamed milk get a holiday update thanks to a decadent swirl of dark mocha and white chocolate mocha, whipped cream and a tie-like stripe of chocolaty sequin topping.” It looks like it can also be ordered as an iced drink.

The Black And White Mocha isn’t the only drink in the collection as it’s also available as a Frappuccino.

Similar to the hot mocha, the blended drink is described as “Frappuccino Roast coffee, milk and ice are blended together and dressed up with a decadent swirl of dark mocha and white chocolate mocha, whipped cream and a black-tie stripe of chocolaty sequin topping.”

Black And White Hot Cocoa is the third drink to round out the collection. Starbucks explains the final offering as “Steamed milk gets dressed up with a decadent swirl of both dark mocha and white chocolate mocha, whipped cream and a tie-like stripe of chocolaty sequin topping.”
