State Champs were abandoned in Vegas by their bus driver—but where did he go?
As we have reported many times before, traveling in a touring band is hard. Especially when you're without your bus driver.
This was the case for State Champs yesterday, who experienced a unique setback after their driver Gator apparently went missing after their tour stop in Las Vegas.
To the band's inconvenience, Gator's absence meant they would have to find another way to their show in Phoenix, AZ, and the guys weren't thrilled.
They've even proposed cash and merch rewards for any information!

Free merch for the year 2017 if you can find #Gator.

Is it true that #Gator left us stranded in the middle of the desert?

State Champs took it upon themselves to rent out two mini vans for their venture from Vegas to Phoenix, taking all the gear they could fit inside.

At the end of the day, State Champs made their show in Phoenix and performed with gear they mostly borrowed from tourmates Against The Current and With Confidence, for which they were grateful.
Phoenix, thank you so so so much for coming to the rescue tonight. This show almost didn't happen and you blew us away.
— State Champs (@State_Champs) April 27, 2017
Here's to hoping they can round up Gator sometime soon—and get their bus back
State Champs are currently on tour supporting their deluxe edition of Around The World And Back, which will be out May 5. They're joined by Against The Current, With Confidence, and Don Broco.
