“'Pieces' is one of my favorite songs on the album because it really captures the tension between the lyrics and the vibe of the music,” says vocalist/guitarist Brooks Paschal. “It's a really sugary sounding song, but the lyrics have a darkness to them that take you somewhere else altogether.”

“Pieces” is taken from the band's upcoming studio album, Heavy Is The Head, which marks the band's first full-length album in seven years, following 2007's Cover Your Eyes. Pre-orders are on sale now.
