Taking Back Sunday's John Nolan covers two Brand New tracks

Taking Back Sunday guitarist John Nolan released his second solo album, titled Sad Strange Beautiful Dream, over the summer. In order to fund the album's creation, Nolan launched a PledgeMusic campaign with a $200 perk that allowed backers at that level to request any song for Nolan to cover. In recent days, these renditions have begun to surface and two Nolan takes of note include versions of Brand New songs, a band the singer-songwriter has a deep history with.

The first perk payout to be discovered is Nolan's take on “Limousine” from Brand New's revered 2006 release, The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me. The second to pop up is a version of “Okay I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't” from 2003's Déjà Entendu. You can stream both covers below.
