It looks like you better think twice before slapping some of Taylor Swift's lyrics on “non-medicated toiletries,” “ornaments” and “removable tattoo transfers,” as those are just a few of the things the pop singer has recently trademarked under select phrases from her latest album, 1989 (via Vox).

According to the legal database website Justia, the lyrics entailed in Swift's trademark spree include: “This Sick Beat,” “Party Like It's 1989,” “Cause We Never Go Out of Style,” “Could Show You Incredible Things” and “Nice to Meet You, Where You Been?.”

As Rolling Stone noted, here are the special characters you can use for future references to 1989: ™ and ®.

1989 was released near the end of this past October. It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, selling around 1,287,000 copies.
