Back in the days of Vine (RIP), the “That shit hurted” kid became an icon for emotionally-hurting people everywhere. The original Vine shows Korion Steea’s attempt at a failed skateboarding trick. Instead of sticking it, the child ends up doing the splits and saying,“That shit hurted.”
However, a video from @HDLOSTSOUNDIV on Twitter showed that the kid can actually skate.
In fact, he can skate really dang well.

Other users also posted videos of Steea skating. The young skateboarder has even gotten the recognition of the pros, such as Joey Brezinski. If you weren’t impressed already, try these out for size:

If this doesn’t tell you to never give up on your dreams, we don’t know what will.
You can check out Steea’s Instagram here.
It was recently announced that a follow-up to Vine, called Byte, is expected to release in the spring of 2019.
