The All-American Rejects get rebellious with “Gen Why? (DGAF)” video

The All-American Rejects have dropped a video for their track “Gen Why? (DGAF)” that’s an amazing throwback sing-a-long.

The video shows kids running from the cops and generally just being rebellious.

The video itself has an old-school vibe with the graphics and special effects, as it’s even in black and white at some points.

The song is about a generation that doesn’t care about what society thinks about them. It references drinking, drugs and sex in a casual and catchy way that by the end of the video, you actually will find yourself singing a long to the words on screen.

The band shared the news about the new video for the track on Twitter.

You can see the new video for “Gen Why? (DGAF)” below.

The song comes from the All-American Rejects’ newest EP Send Her To Heaven which dropped earlier this summer. Aside from “Gen WHY? (DGAF),” there are two other high-energy track that we just can’t get enough  of. The record itself was the first new music from the band in two years. You can stream that full record below.

When they dropped the EP, they also released a video for the title track that is about a crazed party girl whose madness is both contagious and fatalistic. The video itself pretty much reminds us of a perfect rock ‘n roll ’80s movie brought to 2019. You can see that video down below.
