The Ghost Inside keep "one night" only show mystery with surprise openers

We’ve been counting down the days since the Ghost Inside announced their return for “one night” only. Tickets sold out within five minutes, proving just how excited fans were to see their favorite band rise from the ashes.

As we draw closer to their return, fans have begun wondering who else might be appearing on the show’s bill. A question that the Ghost Inside do not plan on answering.

Back in November 2015, the band were involved in a serious bus accident that claimed the lives of their driver and everyone in the other vehicle. Additionally, Tkaczyk lost his leg as a result of the accident. All members of the band and crew survived. Since then, the band has faced an extensive road to recovery, both mentally and physically.

Back in Feb., the band announced their return for one night only with a cryptic save the date teaser.

“Rising from the ashes for one night July 13,” the band wrote on their Instagram post announcing the show.

As the show date draws nearer, fans have been wondering who might be opening for the Ghost Inside.

“I’m just wondering who else is playing with @theghostinside in July and when that will be announced. I don’t even care if it’s just them all night. But I’m also dying to know.”

The Ghost Inside had the perfect response.

“There won’t be an announcement. You just have to be there and see what happens. We think some of the magic and mystery of live music has gone away and we are taking this chance to bring it back for a night.”

Bummed that you missed out on the first and second wave of tickets? Have no fear.

“There was a second wave. There will be a very small third wave based on the site layout and fire marshals and all that crap. Oops that’s a secret….”
