Joe Biden’s inauguration was quite eventful in a number of ways. However, there were some key moments throughout the ceremony that caught the internet’s attention. One of the earliest memes to emerge on Wednesday was all thanks to Senator Bernie Sanders.
Sanders showed up to the ceremony wrapped up in his winter best and a protective face mask while he socially distanced from those around him. However, the first photos of Sanders at the inauguration truly inspired some of the best tweets, memes and trends on social media.
Some music fans even got creative with Photoshop and classic artwork from Saves The Day and Paramore.
