Tim Burton introduces “favorite band” the Killers for Boneyard Ball set
The Neon Museum in Las Vegas held their annual Boneyard Ball on Saturday, allowing guests to party alongside Tim Burton and his creative creations. As if that already didn’t sound like the ideal party, the Killers took the stage at the event to provide some incredible entertainment.

Honoring Burton with the Glow Award, the museum’s event kicked off the arrival of an art exhibit featuring work celebrating Burton’s connection to Vegas.
While the exhibit is not slated to open until Tuesday, those in attendance got a peek during the Boneyard Ball.
Attendees wore everything from formalwear to costumes portraying cult classics such as The Nightmare Before Christmas, Beetlejuice, Alice In Wonderland, Edward Scissorhands and more.

If rubbing elbows with Burton and dining on Jack Skellington lollipops still wasn’t enough for party-goers, the Killers took the stage to perform hits such as “Mr. Brightside” and “When You Were Young.”
After accepting his award, Tim Burton introduced the band saying “I love every song that they do. They’re beautiful, they’re my favorite band.”
As frontman Brandon Flowers mentions, Burton helped the Killers film two of their music videos. “Bones” was the first in 2006 followed by “Here with Me” in 2012. The latter starred Winona Ryder of Burton’s Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands as well as Stranger Things.

The Nightmare Before Christmas is, as usual, making its rounds in the news this spooky season. It has cereal, shoes and coffee, and we may soon be able to add live-action remake to that list.
According to Moviehole, a source that has given the site credible and reliable information in the past tipped them that Disney wants “to do something with Nightmare Before Christmas – probably a sequel but live-action possible.”
This information was available back in February. Now, sources close to another site We Got This Covered Now, who, are the same ones who told us an Aladdin sequel was in development before it was later confirmed – have informed the world that the project is still in the works and is definitely happening.
