Are the Maine teasing a new song with this cinematic clip?

We’re days away from the Maine hosting their 8123 Fest, but that’s not the only thing the band are preparing for thanks to a new social media post.

Earlier today, they posted a mysterious clip to their accounts, and fingers crossed it’s a new song.

Just before the end of the year, frontman John O’Callaghan lobbed some decisive-sounding news when he logged onto Twitter and launched a simple but exciting five-word tweet.

“ALBUM NUMBER SEVEN IS DONE,” O’Callaghan tweeted. The post was appended with the hashtag #longlivethemaine.

Since then, the band have begun their cryptic teasing. Three days ago, they shared a poster reading “you are the war inside my brain.”

It’s unclear exactly what is coming later tonight, but all signs seem to point to a new track from their upcoming album.
