The Maine drummer Pat Kirch and fiancé expecting first child

The Maine drummer Pat Kirch has announced he and his fiancé Shacara Nemetz are expecting their first child. 

The couple, who got engaged back in April, made the huge announcement via social media that they’re expecting a kid next year.

“I’ve never been more excited to meet someone. She joins the Kirch family in 2020 #DadandUncle // Can’t wait to see @shacara_nemetz be the best Mom around,” Kirch wrote on Instagram along with the most adorable photos.

Nemetz also shared her own adorable post, where she said “As if getting to marry my best friend wasn’t enough… 2020 is about to get a whole lot sweeter!!!”

The Maine drummer and his fiance aren’t the only rockstars who recently announced their pregnancies. 

Over the weekend, twenty one pilots frontman Tyler Joseph made the incredible announcement that he was going to be a father. Joseph brought his wife Jenna, whom he wed in March 2015, on stage during the band’s set at Lollapalooza Berlin to announce the couple are expecting their first baby.

The pregnancy announcement was caught on camera for the Lollapalooza livestream over the weekend and has also been shared on social media.

“I know I said I’m bringing a couple of people on stage… and that’s true,” Tyler shared with the audience as his wife Jenna showed off her baby bump.

Then, Jenna took to Instagram to share some adorable belly photos while revealing that the couple are expecting a baby girl!

“We are pregnant! we’re having a girl! Tyler already likes to take pictures with her more than me.”
