The Regrettes announce sophomore album with colorful new single

To mark the announcement of their new album, the Regrettes shared a fresh single, “I Dare You.”

Packaged with a colorful new music video, the band sets their sights on the release of their sophomore record titled How Do You Love?

The band announced the arrival of the new single on Twitter last night, initially saying the track was set to arrive yesterday.

The album looks to focus on love and the ups and downs that tend to come with it.

Assuming the listener has succumbed to a “love disease,” Frontwoman Lydia Night based her lyrics on curing hardships and finding the silver lining.

“I realized that they all fit together and tell a story. It’s about finding bravery through [love],” Night explains. “Learning and accepting that, yes, you went through a shitty breakup, but that’s amazing—because all that means is next time you’re in a relationship, you know so much more about yourself and about what you want.”

The band kicks off a string of shows July 17 before setting off in support of How Do You Love? in September. Tickets are on sale now with a full list of dates below.
