The Word Alive hit the stage in front of an arena full of 17,000 early this morning for an incredible performance at this year’s League Of Legends World Championship, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Back in September, TWA shared a new song with the Glitch Mob and Mako titled “Rise,” a killer track that was announced as the theme song for the 2018 League Of Legends World Championship.

The event’s opening ceremonies kicked off at 12:30AM PT in an arena of 17,000 with an estimated additional 90 million viewers streaming the event.

And can we talk about frontman Telle Smith’s Worlds jacket that he wore for the performance?

“I just played a stadium” Telle Smith posted on Twitter after the event. “Can’t put into words how amazing it was performing at but I can say THANK YOU for all of the love. I gave it everything I had. I couldn’t be more proud of the Rise Boys!

And a huge congrats to Invictus Gaming for an impressive 3-0 win over FNATIC, bringing home the LoL World Championship trophy!
