The All-American Rejects say 'I do' to fan's request to play wedding

It's a pretty simple concept, you ask a band or possibly your favorite fast food restaurant (cough, cough Wendy's) how many retweets it'll take to get something for free or for them to do something and they give you a number.

It only took 50,000 retweets for the All-American Rejects to play at a fan's sister's wedding and this fan got those retweets in no time. Check it out below!

Twitter user and All-American Rejects fan Nicki Hurren asked the band on July 9 how many RT's it'd take to “play at [her] sister's wedding the friday after [their] show in OK” along with asking if the band had any gift ideas.

Ignoring the question about gift ideas, AAR responded with the goal of 50,000 retweets.

Hurren killed it with by already having over 75,000 retweets two days later. Frontman Tyson Ritter replied after she hit the mark saying “What so I gotta go rent a powder blue tux now?”

It's okay Tyson, Nicki said just a normal suit works fine!

The All-American Rejects released two new singles on July 7 with “Sweat” and “Close Your Eyes”

All-American Rejects frontman Tyson Ritter recently teased the highly-anticipated upcoming album in an interview with Billboard.

“The last five years of learning my craft as an actor and really developing that side of being a visual artist in that way has made me realize how important that really is — to put the eyes to the ears. This is going to be more of a visual experience. This record is going to be about your eyes and the headphones,” teased Ritter.

Maybe they'll play some new songs at the wedding?!
