First cast picture for upcoming 'Star Wars' Han Solo film is here, and we're so excited

Rejoice, Star Wars fans. The cast picture for the upcoming Han Solo film is officially here—and the Millennial Falcon is looking great.

As the official Star Wars site reports, principal photography officially began Feb. 20 in London. The resulting cast photo (seen below) reveals some our our favorite actors are present, including Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, Woody Harrelson and Emilia Clark. Of course, we can't forget our good friend Chewbacca, played by Joonas Suotamo.

According to that Star Wars site, the movie, co-directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, will take place in the events before Star Wars: A New Hope. The movie is still untitled, but it's scheduled for release on May 25, 2018.

It's the second in an anthology of stand alone Star Wars movies. The first movie, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, was released in December of 2016. The Guardian reported back in September that a third movie is set for 2020.

We're not the only ones desperate for more Star Wars news. On Twitter, actor Josh Gad enlisted the help of some Hollywood friends, including Christ Pratt and J.J. Abrams, to interrogate Star Wars: The Force Awakens actress Daisy Ridley. In the video below, you can watch them and more friends ask for details about the next film in that series, Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Get ready and grab your lightsabers, kids (and adults, obviously).
