The Front Bottoms drop hilariously bizarre new song

The Front Bottoms and Portlandia? Sign me up. The band have penned an original song for the show's Noodle Monster Contest, which features a tsukemen ramen monster running rampant through Portland. It will air during Portlandia's season six finale on Thursday, March 24 at 10:00 p.m. EST/PST on IFC. Check out the episode trailer with the wacky song below.

2016 is shaping up to be an exciting year for the Front Bottoms: the band made their network TV debut earlier this year and are about to head on out a big spring headlining tour with Brick + Mortar and Diet Cig, which features a list of festival appearances with more slated to be announced.

The Front Bottoms released their Fueled By Ramen debut Back On Top in September of last year. Portlandia is a sketch comedy show full of satire starring Carrie Brownstein and Fred Armisen that pokes fun at every stereotype associated with Portland, OR ever.
