The Ghost Inside share update on the band's future
The Ghost Inside shared an important update in regards to the band’s future following their first band practice since their 2015 bus accident.

Last night, the band took to Facebook to share an important update on what the future looks like for the Ghost Inside and how they plan on moving forward.
“Spending a week together as bandmates answered the question that has been on all of our minds—yes there is a future for TGI,” Ithe band shares in the post. “We still aren’t sure exactly what it looks like. It might be one show, it might be a few shows. It could be a new song or a whole new record. Our journey into that future is just beginning, and we will bring everyone that is interested along with us.”
As for what’s next, the band shared that every Monday, one band member will take over their social media accounts to give fans an insight and update on their own personal progress to recovery, and to show behind the scenes moments of what they’re working on for the Ghost Inside’s next chapter.

The Ghost Inside recently held their first band practice April 17, where they went live on the band's Facebook page to “hang out” with fans while they set up the practice space. The moment was the first time fans were able to see the band practice since they were involved in a serious bus accident Nov. 19, 2015, which has caused them to face an extensive recovery following their crash.
Last month, vocalist Jonathan Vigil shared an update with fans following his recent ankle fusion surgery and the difficulty behind finally going through with the decision.
“Today I progressed. My doctor told me that my boot can come off and I can start physical therapy to learn how to walk again,” he wrote. “With no more pending surgeries or hospital stays planned, I can’t help but be happy.”
Vigil also took to Instagram to talk more about the heartbreak of not being able to play shows. “Being completely honest and transparent, going to shows is HARD. And I don’t mean hard in the physical sense because most venues, staff, security, patrons and show goers are very accommodating to handicapped or injured people,” Vigil shared.
“What I mean is it’s just hard… being here. It’s hard to know what we were and what we could be.”
The band will not be on the final Warped Tour lineup because they “aren't quite fit for the stage yet.”
The Ghost Inside drummer Andrew Tkaczyk recently released an EP, Coma Visions, from his new project, One Decade.
