Third 'xXx' movie confirmed by Vin Diesel

In a recent Instagram post, actor Vin Diesel confirmed that filming for a third xXx film will begin in December. 

The movie will follow xXx, which was released in 2002 to critical acclaim, grossing $277 million worldwide, on a $70 million budget. A sequel was released in 2005, featuring Ice Cube in place of Diesel. It flopped at the box office, however, and led many to believe another xXx was not in the cards.
