This guy spent a summer photographing metal fans headbanging

In the summer of 2012, Danish photographer Jacob Ehrbahn traveled to multiple European heavy metal festivals (including Denmark’s Copenhell, Germany’s Wacken Open Air, and Sweden’s Metaltown) to photograph metal fans headbanging. His portraits, which are being featured in a book, fittingly titled Headbangers, capture the unparalleled essence of music consuming one’s body and mind.
