Tim Lambesis' sentencing postponed

After pleading guilty to hiring a hitman to kills his estranged wife, As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis was due to appear in a Vista, California court today for sentencing. However, Lambgoat (via their courtroom source) are reporting that today’s hearing was postponed. Sentencing is now scheduled to take place on May 16. We will keep you updated.

If convicted, Lambesis could face up to nine years in prison, an additional four years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

If you haven’t been keeping up, the other members of As I Lay Dying have formed a new band, Wovenwar, with a new album coming out this summer.
