Apparently Travis Barker sent Tom DeLonge nudes for Christmas

Tom DeLonge might not be regularly sharing the stage with Travis Barker anymore, but that doesn’t mean they’re not sharing other things.

The former blink-182 bandmates had somewhat of a gift exchange as one does with their friends. However, according to DeLonge, Barker had a rather unconventional present to give.

DeLonge took to Instagram to share a photo with Barker and describe what he received as well as his perfect response.

“@travisbarker sent me a naked man pic for Christmas, no joke. And it actually made me laugh somethin’ fierce.”

Barker responded to DeLonge’s post with a simple “rock on” emoji, so take that as you will.

Travis Barker and Tom DeLonge spark blink-182 reunion rumors

Back in October, DeLonge and Barker’s friendship caused quite a buzz when some tweet-based interactions made many believe DeLonge could be rejoining blink.

The really long and complicated story of DeLonge’s departure is well-documented. After a lot of back and forth, Hoppus and Barker announced Alkaline Trio‘s Matt Skiba was joining the band. Since then, they went on a number of tours and released an album, 2016’s California.

However, DeLonge kept promising a blink-182 comeback over the years. In December 2017, the musician teased his return to the band, saying Barker contacted him for an interview and clarified that “yes Blinkies, we also talked a bit about other stuff.”

Not long after, Barker posted a picture that got people thinking he was in the studio with the guitarist. The image showed Tom DeLonge’s signature guitar, an ES-333.

Nothing else was said after and blink-182 are currently working on the successor of California with Skiba.

However, in October Barker shared a picture of the guitarist on Twitter with a very cryptic caption quoting their own track “I Miss You.”

At the time, it was unclear if Barker was teasing something or just making fun of his old band mate. But as if that wasn’t enough to set the internet ablaze, DeLonge replied with another line from the song.

While many had their fingers crossed for DeLonge’s return, TMZ later reported that the back and forth was merely a “playful Twitter exchange.”

According to the report,, sources shared that “Travis and Tom were just trolling each other, and they don’t wanna mislead their fans, who were all just unsuspecting victims for a few hours.”

The report continues on to share that the two actually talk quite often, which is abundantly clear given Barker’s personal present.
