Tom Holland drops another major spoiler, sends Twitter into debate
It’s safe to say our beloved Tom Holland is known for two things, being an incredible Spider-Man and doubling as the MCU’s Spoiler-Man. Holland has dropped more than a few spoilers regarding forthcoming Marvel movies, so much so that even he believed a fake article stating he had uploaded an entire Avengers film online.
Now, it looks like Spoiler-Man has struck again, although this one is far from his worst.

***WARNING: Spoilers for Avengers: Endgame below!***
The Spider-Man actor appeared on Friday night’s episode of the Graham Norton Show, where he dropped one of the major deaths from Avengers: Endgame.
“The film is a direct continuation of ‘Avengers: Endgame’ so we deal with the ramifications of the blip, of the death of Tony Stark,” Holland says. “Sorry if anyone hasn’t seen the film! If you haven’t, then you’re living under a rock, to be honest.”
Although directors Anthony and Joe Russo have lifted the spoiler ban for the film, there were still some fans on Twitter that were not happy with Holland’s reveal.
Twitter was quickly sent into a debate over the spoiler, with fans asking when it was OK for the stars to actually talk about the movie.
The spoiler embargo ended a few weeks after the movie came out. Now it’s not considered wrong to say what happened in the movie.

@TomHolland1996 Cheers for the End Game spoiler on Graham Norton yest. Some of us actually want to catch up on all the Marvel movies. Sorry that we can’t always watch films to your timing. Thought I’d got past the spoilers everywhere. It added 0 value to what followed from you.

Ya’ll, I get trying to avoid spoilers, but it’s been 2+ months and the major Endgame death is literally in the Far From Home trailer, you’ve got no one to blame but yourself for watching a Tom Holland interview and getting spoiled.

@TomHolland1996 being criticised for ‘spoilers’ on #GrahamNorton is SO dumb! Anyone who hasn’t seen Endgame who thinks they have a right to expect no spoilers watching stars discuss the NEXT film in the series months after #AvengersEndgame came out is an idiot!

Atleast philosophically accept that you gotta deal with spoilers after not seeing a movie that’s been out for 2 months.

imagine getting this far not having any endgame spoilers since i had exams and couldn’t see it and then @TomHolland1996 giving a massive spoiler on the #grahamnortonshow ??♀️

#grahamnorton oh, cheers, Tom Holland! I haven’t seen Avengers Endgame yet. Thanks for the massive spoiler

Marvel fans aren’t the only ones who had that major death spoiled, Spider-Man co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Batalon had the death ruined by Holland as well.
During an interview with YouTuber Jake Hamilton, the stars reveal they first learned of Robert Downey Jr.’s departure from the MCU while filming Spider-Man: Far From Home.
“He told me too early,” Zendaya says during the interview. Batalon adds, “I feel like we talked about this way back in, like, 2016.”
“I’ve known for a really long time,” Holland confirms, to which Zendaya replies, “And thus we have to know.”
