Tool announce album title for first full-length since 2006
Tool have finally announced their highly-anticipated next album Fear Inoculum which drops next month.
Previously, we’ve received an official release date, saw the band add their music on streaming platforms, and watched them update their logo.

Also, we’ve known the new long-awaited Tool record will be arriving on Aug 30. This will be the first album since the band’s 2006 effort 10,000 Days.
The band finally revealed the album’s release date back in May at their show in Birmingham, Alabama. They revealed it through a video screen flashing a date before the band’s encore set—”August 30th.”
Then, they added some music on streaming platforms. Despite the band being vehemently opposed to doing so prior to this year, they uploaded their 72826 demo tape earlier this month.
After that, they changed the logo. The band have historically updated their logo before releasing each album so it was only a matter of time before they did so for the new record.

Now, we know the name of the album, thanks again to an Instagram post.
“FEAR INOCULUM, Aug 30th, 2019 Album Art, Lead Track, and Pre-Order info TBA. Thank you for your patience,” the band wrote.

It looks like Justin Bieber‘s wife Hailey is coming to his defense following Tool vocalist Maynard James Kennan‘s “#bummer” tweet. The model took to Twitter to share some stern words for Maynard after Bieber revealed himself to be a Tool fan.
First, Bieber shared the lyrics to “The Pot” over a photo of his feet. Then, he wondered if his fans even knew of the song.

Then, Hailey responded to the Tool singer’s tweet, calling it “childish” and “hurtful.”
