Trapt take on Captain America and the rest of the internet to defend Trump
Trapt, best known for the 2002 hit “Headstrong” are seizing the opportunity to attempt to boost Donald Trump‘s approval rating (and Nickelback‘s) during this coronavirus quarantine.
The band and lead singer Chris Taylor Brown have seemingly launched a Twitter tirade against something. It all started by attacking Captain America.

Trapt dropped a banger of a song that some still play 18 years later when they’re ready to shotgun a Monster Energy drink and level out their K/D in Call Of Duty: Black Ops.
Now, the nu-metal/attempted post-hardcore adults are attacking everyone that does not agree with Trump’s original coronavirus response.
It all seemingly started when Chris Evans, best known for his role as Captain America in the Marvel Universe tweeted about a Trump press conference addressing coronavirus earlier this week.
Stfu! Trump made the decision to close off travel from China early on! Europe didn’t do this! That is the SOLE reason the US doesn’t have bodies piling up and hospitals being overrun with the system about to fail, as is case in Italy. You should be thankful he made that decision!

From there, Trapt unloaded. They started being a loose cannon. They filled out their Applebee’s tour rider with Doritos and whole milk, stocked up a healthy supply of Mountain Dew, cranked up Creed to 11 and went to war with everybody, about everything.
As reported by Slate, in total, the responses and tweets by Trapt are over 900. No, we’re not going to insert a Vegeta “over 9,000” tweet.
The total of tweets and replies is too many to entirely include. We’ll include some, but to keep it brief, Trapt started the hashtags #whiteprivilegedoesnotexist and #nooneisbeingoppressedin2020. They also championed Nickelback (who are totally uninvolved and rock by the way. Check out “Next Contestant”) and loved flaunting about their royalty money from the aforementioned “Headstrong.”

You should def quit playing music. You can’t sing and your band can’t play. Don’t even get me started on your attempts at making an actual song, ?

We don’t know how this will play out, but we presume clear heads will prevail. Whether you’re on the right or the left of the political spectrum, it’s not okay to unleash all of the fury you possess over the internet. Don’t be Trapt in a deadlocked mentality. Wipe of the Cheetos dust from your fingers and think, then type.
