It looks like we’ll be waiting a bit longer for Blink-182 to reschedule their postponed Vegas performances. Travis Barker has posted his actual doctor’s note telling everyone he’s out for the count until July—at the earliest.

Yesterday, Blink-182 were forced to postpone two dates of their ‘Kings of the Weekend’ Las Vegas residency shows this weekend due to a medical emergency with drummer Travis Barker.

The band took to Twitter on Thursday (June 14) to announce that their shows yesterday (June 15) and today (June 16) would have to be postponed due to blood clots in Travis Barker’s arms.

After having the clots checked out by his physician, Barker posted his legitimate doctor’s note to Snapchat telling everyone the bad newsand to prove he’s not just trying to skip school (err, shows):

“Travis Barker has developed thrombophlebitis in his bilateral upper extremities as well as cellulitis,” the note reads, as written by Peter H Grossman, MD, FACS.

“Treated appropriately with antibiotics and anti-coagulants, his condition should improve over the next few weeks. If untreated or exacerbated, this condition could result in severe adverse effects. Due to the strenuous nature of Mr. Barker’s performances, I have advised him to temporarily discontinue all performing through July 1, 2018. At that time, he will be re-evaluated by his physicians to see if he can resume performing.”

Feel better soon Travis!
