“We wrote 'Tired Hearts' in under 5 minutes one night at drummer Callum's house. It was actually one of the first songs we ever wrote,” explains vocalist John Floreani. “We recorded it finally in Thailand at Karma Studios during the recording process of 'Mend, Move On.' It was never released with the album because it wasn't the kind of direction we wanted to portray, but we've always really loved the song. It's been hidden away for a while now gathering dust so we thought we'd release it before we head off on tour again. Just a little something for Trophy Eyes listeners to wrap their ears around.”
