twenty one pilots surpass major 'Blurryface' chart accomplishment

twenty one pilots are celebrating a huge accomplishment—their album Blurryface has been on the Billboard 200 album chart for four years straight.

The album, which was released May 17, 2015, has been on the chart for the entirety of its release.

The album actually peaked at No. 1 June 6, 2015. It has spent a total of 208 weeks on the chart. As of this week, it’s at No. 147 on the chart.

twenty one pilots were the first band in history to have every single song on an album certified gold, platinum or multi-platinum by the Recording Industry Association Of America with the album.

Since twenty one pilots’ Blurryface was certified gold in its entirety, Cardi B became the first woman in history to have the same honor. Every single song on her album, Invasion Of Privacy has been certified gold by the RIAA.

twenty one pilots just began the Canadian dates of their Bandito tour, and fans in attendance got a special treat as far as the setlist goes.

For the first time since its release, twenty one pilots played their entire album Trench live during one set. Granted, it wasn’t in order, but all the songs were played.

The show was at Rogers Arena in Vancouver Sunday. Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun also played popular songs from Vessel and Blurryface.
