twenty one pilots

twenty one pilots just unleashed Trench on the world at the end of last week. In preparation for the album drop, the duo posted a bunch of sick preorder items in mid-August.

Some of the items up for grabs included hoodies, shirts, bandanas, CDs, vinyl and cassettes. One item, however, was extra special.

The Triplet EP is pressed on 10-inch neon yellow vinyl, perfectly adhering to the new era’s color scheme. It includes Trench singles “Jumpsuit” and “Levitate“ on side A and “Nico And The Niners” on side B. The EP is limited to 40,000 copies worldwide and is only available on the band’s webstore.

As if that wasn’t special enough, reddit user anners17 shared that there’s also an engraving. Tilting it to a certain angle reveals “east is up,” which is taken from “Nico And The Niners.”

Each record also includes an etched number, which most will quickly realize is the album’s serial number.

However, that didn’t stop the Clique from thinking it was a phone number and giving Russia a call.
