Twenty One Pilots win Favorite Pop/Rock Group at American Music Awards - UPDATED

In addition to their win for Favorite Pop/Rock Group, Twenty One Pilots also took home Favorite Alternative Rock Artist over fellow nominees Coldplay and X Ambassadors.

Twenty One Pilots took home the award for Favorite Pop/Rock Group over fellow nominees the Chainsmokers and DNCE at the American Music Awards.

This isn't all they're up for tonight at the AMAs. Twenty One Pilots are also nominated for Favorite Artist: Alternative Rock, as well the prestigious Artist Of The Year award alongside Adele, Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Drake, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood and The Weeknd.

The band will also be performing on the AMAs stage.

Twenty One Pilots have had quite the successful year. They took home Artist Of The Year and Album Of The Year at the 2016 APMAs.

The group also won Best Rock Video at the Video Music Awards.
