Twitter is facing issues today (February 7) with no one being able to post as they regularly do but there is a trick to get things posted to the site.

According to The Verge, users are able to get their tweets posted by scheduling posts using Twitter’s scheduling or by scheduling things through Tweetdeck.

The social media platform has been reporting issues over the past couple of hours while they are trying to fix the problem.

The company posted to their status update page a message about the issue.

“The Twitter data team is investigating a possible system irregularity currently affecting all data products and real time APIs. The presence and scope of any customer impact has not been determined at this time, but we will provide an update as soon as we know more.”

After a couple of hours of posts needing to be scheduled prior to going live, the company has apparently fixed the issue and are letting users know.

“Systems should now be working as expected. We are continuing to monitor the situation. It’s expected that data products and APIs may return very low Tweet volume between 21:06 – 21:51 UTC 2020-02-07.”
