Vic Fuentes almost rewrote "Circles" for Pierce The Veil's new album

In a video where members of Pierce The Veil break down one of the tracks from Misadventures, frontman Vic Fuentes explains his vision behind “Circles.”

“I basically wrote about two kids trying to help each other out of something,” Fuentes said.

But guitarist Tony Perry adds that Fuentes nearly had other plans for the track.

“I remember him talking about actually rewriting that song, he was gonna change the chorus,” Perry said. “I remember telling him, 'You really shouldn't, that's my favorite song. It really is awesome the way it is.'”

Good thing Perry fought to keep it how it was—Fuentes says that “'Circles' is probably one of the most meaningful songs we've ever written.”
