They already have more than 7,000 record stores listed, from Canada to Indonesia and everywhere in between. ​How did they find so many?

The platform, which is connected to music database Discogs, is open to submissions. That way, people from all over the planet can add local shops and help spread the word about them.

VinylHub's goal is to “create an accurate listing of all record shops & record events, useful to diggers and travelers everywhere,” according to its website.

The homepage also features a map that shows where the stores are located, which is a cool way to look for hidden gems around your town or maybe search for places to check before a trip.
