Wage War share message behind their hard-hitting new song, “Witness”

Wage War have released their sophomore album, Deadweight, and alongside their release, they’ve teamed up with Alternative Press to debut an exclusive look at the meaning behind their song, “Witness,” as well as a play through of the track.

Their second LP was produced by A Day To Remember vocalist Jeremy McKinnon and Andrew Wade.

Last Week, Fearless Records shared that Deadweight was currently #3 on iTunes overall Top Albums Chart and #1 on both the Rock and Metal Charts.  

And in addition to today’s exciting album release, the band are exclusively releasing an interview that explains the meaning behind the song “Witness,” as well as a play through to show you just how epic this song really is.

“I feel like lyrically, the song is about going through hard times and learning from it,” Wage War's Cody Quistad says. “It's realizing there's still room to grow, even when you might be down.”
