Kevin Lyman teases future Warped Tour plans

This year may have seen the the last full, cross-country Vans Warped Tour, but founder Kevin Lyman is already teasing cities and dates for some 2019 Warped Tour festival events. Are you ready for a revised Warped Tour run?

If not, you better get ready, ’cause Lyman gives a brief overview of his Warped plans for next summer today on Twitter. And it looks like he has time frames roughed out for Cleveland, the East Coast and West Coast dates. For now.

“Plans are coming together for @VansWapredTour 25th,” the concert promoter writes. “only thing I can say for now since many need to hold vacations dates are June 8 Cleveland, June 29-30 eastcoast, July 20-21 westcoast.”

That’s right, schedule your vacations now, folks! Lyman has spoken. And it looks like we’ll get a few choice festival events to ring in the 25th anniversary year of the beloved Vans Warped Tour. (We can only wonder what artists will play!)

It was about this time last year when Warped Tour announced that 2018 would be its concluding cross-country experience, a bittersweet end to the concert tour that added over 150 local bands to its hot and sweaty stages this past summer.

And the last coast-to-coast jaunt for the legendary event seemingly proved to be a successful endeavor, the tour selling out cities soon into the 2018 trek. (We only hope that someone eats a can of beans in a future Warped pit.)

What do you think about 2019 Warped Tour festival dates? Will you be saving the times on your calendar that Lyman announced? Sound off in the comments section with your thoughts on the impending Warped Tour festival concerts.
