Kevin Lyman teases possible special artist for Warped Tour anniversary shows

Kevin Lyman is gearing up to reveal the lineup for the Vans Warped Tour 25th anniversary shows, and apparently just connected with an amazing artist that might join the party.

The creator of Warped tweeted that he was finishing up the lineup when he reconnected with an artist from previous shows.

“It’s one of those awesome days when you are just about to put the final touches on @VansWarpedTour 25th line-up and in a random conversation you reconnect with someone from tours past and now they may jump in for the party! Hope we can make it work,” the tweet reads.

Who knows who Lyman could be talking about, but it has to be someone good if he’s tweeting about it.

Little is known about the lineup for these shows, but we are stoked regardless. It was recently revealed that each event will have its own lineup with some overlap but they’ll be different at each city.

The 25th anniversary shows will be hitting Cleveland, Ohio; Atlantic City, New Jersey and Mountain View, California. The latter two cities will have two dates each, lending to more of a two-day festival vibe while Cleveland will be a more intimate one-day gig.

The lineup and tickets will be revealed and go on sale respectively March 1. Presale tickets will also be available beginning Feb. 25. Check out the cities below.

Dates:

06/08 – Cleveland, OH @ Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
06/29 – Atlantic City, NJ @ Atlantic City Beach
06/30 – Atlantic City, NJ @ Atlantic City Beach
07/20 – Mountain View, CA @ Shoreline Amphitheatre
