You can see what it’s like to be onstage with Fall Out Boy and P!ATD

If you’ve been missing concerts and festivals during this coronavirus quarantine, you’re not alone. Luckily, with technology, there are still ways we can experience (sort of) some of our favorite bands live. Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco are certainly two of those bands.

Thanks to the miracle of virtual reality, MelodyVR is allowing viewers to watch iconic sets from both FOB and P!ATD for free. You can even see what it’s like on stage. Find out all the details below.

Even though concerts seem to be happening in the near future, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they should yet. In fact, a poll conducted by Reuters and Ipsos shows Americans are hesitant about going out again, even with things opening back up.

According to the poll, less than half of Americans are planning to go to concerts sporting events, movie theaters and more until an effective vaccine is available for everyone.

The poll shows only four in ten Americans who are saying they’re regularly attending events like these are going again without a widely-available vaccine.

So for now, virtual reality might be the best way to experience our favorite bands. And thanks to MelodyVR, that’s possible with or without a VR headset.

While you can just use your phone and drag your finger for a full 360º experience, for full immersion a VR headset is the way to go.

If you reply to Fall Out Boy’s tweet regarding the event with what song you’re most excited to hear, you get entered for a chance to win an Oculus Quest headset.

So experience these shows however you like. If you’ve ever dreamed of hopping on stage with Brendon Urie at a Panic! At The Disco show or bouncing around with Pete Wentz during “Thnks fr th Mmrs” now is your chance.
