In December the band announced that they had parted ways with vocalist Sam Ryder, citing they simply “wanted different things with this particular band.” While Shane hasn't been confirmed for a new album with CYE, guitarist Brett Callaway mentioned, “Shane will be with Close Your Eyes in anything we do in the future,” in a Facebook comment.
