Watch Emarosa's Bradley Walden reunite with Squid The Whale and perform a previously unreleased song

Before Bradley Walden was heading Emarosa, he served as the frontman for soulful rock quartet Squid The Whale. While Walden left Squid in 2012 and the band called it a day soon after, they performed a one-off reunion set this past weekend at Bled Fest.

Fans who caught the set were treated to a surprise performance of a previously unreleased track, “1969.” According to industry insider Jacob Tender, the track is culled from the band's abandoned LP, which was recorded in 2012. After scrapping “1969,” along with a handful of others, Squid placed the remaining songs on Four More and released them in 2013. Additionally, Tender claims the version that can be heard below is far different from the original—so different that it has become a new song entirely.

You will be able to catch Walden with Emarosa all summer long on the Vans Warped Tour.
