22 years ago today, Green Day cemented themselves in rock history with the release of their third studio album, Dookie. The record debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and quickly became a worldwide success. In the 22 years since its release, the LP has sold over 20 million units and officially been certified Diamond.
