Watch Knuckle Puck get interrogated on border control TV show

Most bands will have to cross the American/Canadian border at some point or another, and they may even get questioned by border control. But most don’t make it on Canadian television—except for Chicago natives Knuckle Puck, that is. (via Exclaim!)

In a recent episode of Border Security Canada, which airs on Canada’s National Geographic Channel, the pop punkers are pulled over at the Peace Bridge Crossing in Buffalo, NY on their way back home from a few tour stops in Canada.

While being grilled, one member of the band “admitted to recreational use of marijuana.” So border control had to bring out a drug-sniffing dog to search their van and trailer, and after sifting through the contents of one of the members' bags, they finally let the guys finish their trip back home.

In an interview last February with Noisey, guitarist Kevin Maida said he loves Canada—except, ironically, he's not a fan of the border. “I love Canada. I think it’s sick, honestly. The only annoying thing is crossing the border. But otherwise, I think Canada’s awesome.”
