Watch Michael Angelakos (Passion Pit) cover fun.'s "Carry On"

Passion Pit vocalist Michael Angelakos filmed a live cover of fun.'s “Carry On,” at Soundcheck in Nashville, Tenn., for VEVO's “Unexpected Covers” series, last month while the band were in the area to perform at Bonnaroo.

The cover, which features vocal assistance from Erin McCarley, Carla Cappa, Lauren Strange, and Sunny Fitz, is a stripped-down, piano rendition of the track, and was selected by Angelakos because he believes it is “one of the prettiest songs on the radio.”

The singer was also joined by the rest of his band, to film performances of their singles “Take A Walk” and “Carried Away:”
