Waterparks delete rumored forthcoming album’s files

Waterparks frontman Awsten Knight has allegedly deleted all of the files from the band’s rumored forthcoming album Friendly Reminder.

Fans of the band have speculated the album title since last year. However, if Knight’s tweet is true, it looks like the band are starting from square one.

However, Knight then followed up the aforementioned tweets with some hopeful news and an explanation for the change of heart.

Additionally, Knight says that “something else” is happening in its place in May. The announcement is then followed by “Saturday 7 PM,” which is the same time that was teased earlier this week in a separate promo.

Sounds like a joke, but I thought about a lot on the last tour and I have different things to say now,” Knight says in the tweet. “Something else is happening instead. May. Saturday 7PM. See you there.”

Prior to today, it was believed that Knight may have accidentally leaked the forthcoming album title and the names of a few songs via merch.

Recently, the band unveiled a cryptic teaser a few days ago, sending fans into a fit of panic. You can check out the teaser that appears to be related to today’s news below.
