We Came As Romans release new single "Daggers" ahead of Veeps livestream
We Came As Romans have made a special announcement regarding their fall anniversary tour for their 2009 album, To Plant A Seed.
The tour kicked off Sept. 29 and ended Nov. 7, but not before the band offered something unique for their fans. A recording of their Nov. 6 tour date in Detroit will be available to stream Nov. 11 on Veeps for We Came As Romans fans to watch from the comfort of their homes.

Ahead of the livestream, We Came As Romans have released “Daggers” featuring Zero 9:36. The song centers around navigating self-doubt and coming out the other side with a stronger sense of self.
Additionally, the band shared their first single of 2021 in July with “Darkbloom” before joining forces with Beartooth’s Caleb Shomo on “Black Hole” in September.

Advanced tickets are on sale now but can also be bought on the day of the show.
The tour was originally scheduled for spring 2020 but was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are ecstatic to finally be able to perform TPAS in its entirety and celebrate its anniversary,” vocalist Dave Stephens says in a press release. “Before the tour was originally canceled due to the COVID outbreak, the shows were incredible.”

We Came As Romans were excited to celebrate in person with fans before they permanently retired To Plant A Seed songs from future setlists.
“Being able to watch our fans connect with us through music over the last decade has been an amazing privilege, and it all started with To Plant A Seed,” guitarist Joshua Moore says. “Way back in 2009 when we recorded it, we had no idea where it would take us or what we were really even doing, and it’s awesome to see that we can play these songs still and feel that connection with you.
“But over the course of the years, we’ve released four other albums, and we’re even working on a fifth,” he continues. “With that being said, we are going to be throwing these songs into the vault of old WCAR — and retiring them from all future setlists after this tour. So make sure you grab your tickets and come hear these songs one last time live.”
