The band took to Twitter to apologize to fans for the amount of time it has taken to release a statement and to announce that “With Confidence will be taking time off.”

“We have put all touring on hold and postponed the recording of our second album,” the band writes. “We will instead be spending time at home with our families to personally process everything that has occurred. We need to and want to be a band that deals with their past, present, and future responsibly.”

Inigo, Josh and Jayden all posted personal statements to share their personal thoughts with fans.

Following the sexual misconduct allegations made last month, the band parted ways with guitarist Luke Rockets and were removed from the remainder of Knuckle Puck's U.S. tour. Frontman Jayden Seeley was also accused of sexual misconduct later in the same week, to which he responded: “This allegation has sparked from 2013. Our interactions were very brief so my memory of this situation is short. I do know a lot of the details in this allegation made against me are false.”
