Machine Gun Kelly and YUNGBLUD recently opened up about their friendship, working together and they’re favorite karaoke songs in a new interview.

The two artists interviewed each other for NME at Reading and Leeds festival.

They began with talking about when they first met, which MGK says consisted of YUNGBLUD walking into his house “without knocking on the door”.

“And all my thugged out homies were in the living room like ‘Who is this kooky British guy just walking through our house,” Machine Gun Kelly said.

YUNGBLUD defended his actions, saying he thought the rapper left the door open for him to walk in.

“I walked into the living room like ‘Hello lads. Do you know where the machine gun is?” he joked.

They also talked about their favorite songs to karaoke, which include tracks from the Killers and Oasis. MGK also said YUNGBLUD “blew (his) mind” with his cover of Taylor Swift’s “22”.

“The last time we hung out we karaoked and he broke his hand,” MGK said. “That was killer.”

They got to reveal which of the other artist’s songs is their most favorite. Machine Gun Kelly picked “Loner” and YUNGBLUD couldn’t help but gush about the rapper’s “Candy.”

The entire interview was definitely entertaining and gave fans a lot more insight into the friendship between the two musicians. You can see the full video below.
