YUNGBLUD unleashes electric “California” music video

YUNGBLUD is a force to be reckoned with in his latest video for “California.” The singer released the new video earlier today, chronicling some of his time on the road this year.

The video features live footage and fan interactions on his 21st Century Liability 2018 North American tour.

While much of the video features YUNGBLUD’s typical high-energy performance where he cannot be contained, the clip also captured the part of his tour where he was performing from a wheelchair due to an injury.

YUNGBLUD broke his ankle at a show in Houston Oct. 13 during his 21st Century Liability tour. However, he didn’t stop the show and persevered by sitting down to keep playing after the accident.

The next day, he was scheduled to play at Austin City Limits festival. The broken ankle situation worried fans, who thought he would cancel the performance, as well as upcoming tour dates, to treat the injury.

He quickly dismissed the rumors, sharing a picture from the hospital.

“AUSTIN CITY LIMITS i’ll be on stage in 9 hours,” YUNGBLUD wrote. “Rock n roll baby.”

The musician not only went onstage, but did it in style. YUNGBLUD started the set from a wheelchair, and it was pretty epic.
