YUNGBLUD teases new song snippet set for 2019 release

YUNGBLUD fans, get ready. The singer-songwriter(aka Dominic Harrison) just gave us a taste of a new song, and it’s coming a lot sooner than you might think.

Harrison appeared on BBC Radio1’s Indie Show hosted by Jack Saunders last night where he unleashed the teaser.

Saunders began recapping Harrison’s past year, full of sold-out shows across the world. He then asked where he plans to go from here to which Harrison responded, “Up five gears, man” with an emphasis of not wanting to wait around.

As Saunders kept trying to pull more info from him, YUNGBLUD finally revealed he has new music and new shows set for the next year.

“It comes in January,” he says. “I’m not telling you the name, but I might hum a little bit of it for you.”

Harrison confirmed the January release date a second time before launching into the chorus a cappella.

After hearing it, Saunders suggested the track might be called “Loner” to which Harrison coyly denied.

Saunders ended the segment with asking Harrison if he would debut the song live on-air, so only time will tell if that’s where we’ll get the full song first.

Earlier this week, YUNGBLUD released his “California” music video, proving he’s a force to be reckoned with. In it, the singer chronicled some of his time on the road this year.

The video features live footage and fan interactions on his 21st Century Liability 2018 North American tour. Check out the full video here.
