Panic! At The Disco to perform during Miss Universe competition in Moscow, Russia

Panic! At The Disco have been announced as performers for the 2013 Miss Universe competition, set to take place at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia. The event will be broadcast this Saturday, Nov. 9, on NBC at 9 p.m. EST.

Panic! will join fellow performers Emin and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler, and will play “Miss Jackson,” the lead single from their latest album, Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die!
